The second bedroom is a delightful double and double wardrobe. The third bedroom has full size twin beds with double room and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds suitable for children only and to complete the property, there is a family bathroom with a full-size bath and shower over, perfect for a long relaxing soak and some ‘you time’. Lakes Lodge is located on the popular White Cross Holiday Park site on the shores of Lake Windermere with panoramic views across the Lake and to the fells beyond, making this location a marvelous choice for your Lakes’ getaway. The site is home to a host of wonderful facilities to enjoy including an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a spa pool, along with a children’s play area and activities, as well as a convenience shop, bar and restaurant. Head to the fun-filled Brockhole Lake District Visitor Centre which offers a wide range of activities for all ages from strolling around the pretty gardens, enjoying a sweet treat in the café, walking one of the trails or attempting the Tree Top Trek; there is something for everyone. A short but scenic drive away is the charming town of Windermere which is bursting with quaint and quirky local shops to browse, along with more traditional pubs and restaurants.
