A stunning, architectural super-home situated in a peaceful spot on the Sandbanks Peninsula. The famous Blue Flag beaches are just a few minutes' walk away from this beautifully presented three-storey house, along with other local amenities including cafes, Rick Stein's restaurant, yacht clubs and watersports.
Leeward sleeps eight in four bedrooms and boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living space on the first floor. Bifold doors open out onto a large terrace overlooking the garden. The bedrooms are luxurious and spacious. The master super-king suite on the top floor has a separate dressing room and a luxurious en suite shower room. Also on the second floor are two further double bedrooms, both with king zip-and-link beds so can be made into twins on request, one with an en suite and a separate family bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a further super-king bedroom with an en suite shower room and bifold doors leading to the garden, as well as a utility room and access to the garage (bike/paddleboard storage only).

The National Trust owned Brownsea Island rests in the middle of Poole Harbour and is well worth an explore for its unique wildlife, heathland and lagoon.
