Leylands is a delightful late Victorian terraced house built for a sea captain, in a beautiful position in popular Salcombe. The property, which has been sympathetically renovated and furnished to a very high standard in recent years, has magnificent views of the harbour towards South Pool Creek and East Portlemouth, and is just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and waterfront.

To the rear of the house is a sloping garden and furnished sunny terrace, complete with a barbecue. A parking pass is provided for one car in the nearby long-stay car park (3 minutes’ walk).
