The Newton Ferrers harbour is situated within easy reach of Linden Lea where you can access the River Yealm ferry service from April-September from 10am-4pm and further along is Newton woods to take you onto the footpath with stunning views along the estuary, enabling you to idly watch the yachts come and go under the shade of the trees along the estuary bank. If you wish to walk the coastal path, you can take the ferry or walk from Newton Ferrers to Noss Mayo to access the path or take a short trip by car to Warren Point where you can park and walk and take in the magnificent views. Salcombe and Kinsgbridge are a sailor and surfers paradise also easily accessible from the property, as well as Thurlestone, Dartmouth and Plymouth.
