Church Stretton makes for a great day out, be sure to enjoy a leisurely stroll up Ragleth Hill where sheep can be spotted, or a spot of golf at the town’s golf club; Church Stretton is perfect for excursion enthusiasts and acts as the gateway for the renowned trail through Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd. History fans will enjoy a trip to Montgomery, where they can explore the ruins of Montgomery Castle, visit the historical landmark of Ffrid Faldwyn and finish the day off with a meal at the popular Castle Kitchen.
