Park up in one of two off-road parking spaces before unloading your bags with ease and stepping into your new home-from-home. Be welcomed into the well-equipped kitchen, where you can conjure up a fanciful feast for your guests with the help of the oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, ensuring cleaning up is a breeze! Gather around the dining table to savour a delicious meal, as the wine is poured, and plans are made for the days ahead. If you’re not ready for the evening to end, why not take your favourite tipple out to the private garden, which you can enjoy on the charming bench as you relax in the remainder of the days sun. Ideal for children, there’s also a snug with a Smart TV and colourful bean bags, offering somewhere for all of the family to unwind. Completing the ground-floor are two well-presented bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, both with plenty of storage and served by a bathroom, ideal for blissful soaks at the end of a day of adventures, and a sleek shower room. If you’re feeling peckish, The Mariners Public House is just a short walk away from the beach, where you can treat your guests to a tasty lunch with beachside views. For the keen putters in your party, the popular St Enodoc Golf Club is the place to be, offering an excellent course and stunning views over the Camel estuary. If you can tear yourself away, there is a ferry service available to the town of Padstow, home to the National Lobster Hatchery, where you can adopt your own hatchling, a local history museum, a picturesque harbour, and a prime position to join the 18-mile Camel Trail. Just a short drive away is the village of Polzeath, home to a glorious beach, well-known for being a surfer’s paradise with nearby surf school so you can try your hand at the locals favourite sport, as well as the popular Oystercatcher pub where can sample the local delights.
