Little Treasure Cottage is a delightful contemporary clapboard cottage, nestling in woodland with glorious views over the Eden Valley in the northern Lake District. It’s a haven of tranquility with walks and biking trails almost on the doorstep, and easy access to the river Eden for riverbank walks and superb angling. For your nearest amenities, beyond the local convenience store, the villages of Appleby and Kirkby Stephen are both a car journey away with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Penrith, the gateway to the North Lakes, is half an hour’s drive and offers a fantastic range of family-friendly activities including a swimming pool and cinema. Warcop is ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and the Pennines as well as the Lake District. The magical Cumbrian coast and the historic city of Carlisle, with its easy access to Hadrian’s Wall, are just two of the must see day trips that are within easy reach of Little Treasure Cottage.
