The surrounding area is rich with attractions should you fancy a day trip, with the RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell nearby. Norfolk abounds with pretty villages such as Burnham Market and Holt with interesting shops, markets and places to eat, and magnificent houses such as Houghton Hall and the beautiful Sandringham House with its stunning gardens. Further along the coast, why not enjoy fish and chips in Wells-next-the-Sea or freshly-caught crabs and seafood in Cromer. Annually throughout November and December, there is also the Christmas Spectacular show to enjoy at Thursford, just a few miles away. A lovely retreat with lots to see and do along the Norfolk coast.
