A delightful, old stone-built cottage situated close to the pretty Ribblesdale village of Langcliffe. Formerly the home of a mill worker, Locks Cottage stands at the end of a small row of traditional Dales cottages and is surrounded by peaceful Dales countryside. The setting is idyllic – the cottage overlooks an old mill pond and is close to the River Ribble as it winds downstream towards the popular market town of Settle. The cottage has been modernised, equipped and furnished to a high standard and enjoys lovely views over the garden and mill pond to the trees and hills beyond. There is excellent walking from the doorstep, not least along the riverbank. A wonderful base for a peaceful Dales holiday.
