Located near the very centre of Cornwall making it an ideal location for touring the County with easy access to both coasts this charming Baltic pine lodge is set on a working farm amongst rolling Cornish countryside two miles from the small village of Lanivet. You enter the lodge into the open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting and dining areas, ideal for the family to gather and plan the day ahead. There are three bedrooms here, a king size double with en-suite facilities, a single and a bunk bedroom both close to the family bathroom. At the front of the lodge is an L shaped verandah overlooking the patio area with a built-in barbecue both offering splendid countryside views. We’re delighted to offer a new play area for children aged 10 and under, creating a safe and fun space for little ones to enjoy. Alongside this, The Paddock provides nearly two acres of open space, perfect for ball games, kite flying, picnics, or simply relaxing and taking in the beautiful countryside views.
