    A spacious, Edwardian town house situated in the centre of the popular and vibrant coastal town of Scarborough. Set over four floors, this bright and airy property is ideal for family, or friend, reunions to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday, with all the amenities right on your doorstep. Retaining original features, including ornamental fireplaces and large impressive bay windows overlooking the street below, there is a generously-sized sitting room on the first floor with comfortable seating for 12, high ceilings and a large TV. With a separate dining room, there is plenty of space for entertaining in style, and the modern, well-equipped kitchen has a range electric cooker and breakfast area. The five bedrooms are set over the top three floors, with two on the top floor, whilst the contemporary bathrooms are fully tiled, with one boasting a lovely Jacuzzi bath. There are pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes all within two minutes’ walk from the property, whilst the beach is an easy fifteen minute walk through the old town. On the seafront, there are amusements, seafood stalls and a long promenade, where you can enjoy a walk to North Bay, watching the nesting sea birds on the high cliffs with the majestic castle above. There are colourful gardens in Peasholm Park, which hosts a wonderful open air theatre, whilst the old Spa Theatre puts on a variety of summer shows. The beautiful surrounding countryside and moors are well worth exploring, with plenty of walking opportunities and pretty coastal and inland villages to visit, including Robin Hood’s Bay, Pickering and Flamborough Head.
