To the right there are two single bedrooms with bright furnishings and views open to the beautiful scenery surrounding the property. In the garden, enjoy a fantastic outlook over the open fields and valley. Lovely and quiet, the garden features another seating area with table and chairs, where you can sit and unwind, enjoying the afternoon and evening sun as well as a grassed area and a beautiful cottage garden flower bed, complete with herbs. Venturing just a mile away, you will reach the stunning coast of Mothecombe Beach, as well as coastal paths ideal for days out walking. Traveling a little further afield brings you to the interesting villages of Newton Ferrers and Modbury, or vibrant towns of Kingsbridge or Totnes and the amenities of Plymouth, where its quality restaurants and maritime history awaits you.
