Fully refurbished, this charming property is perfect for those looking to get away to a quiet, peaceful retreat. As you walk through the main entrance, you are greeted by a spacious interior hallway. To the right there are two single bedrooms with bright furnishings and views open to the beautiful scenery surrounding the property. On the opposite side, the large master bedroom is furnished to an exceptional standard, with a range of clean furniture including a bureau with desk, wardrobe, plenty of drawers and a TV. The en-suite shower room is impeccable and adds an extra touch of luxury with it’s under floor heating and large overhead shower. The family bathroom is down the hall and looks over views of the luscious fields, making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind in the deep bath. The living space is open-plan and consists of a lounge, kitchen and dining space. The living room has a 3 seater sofa and two chairs with a Smart TV and a cosy woodburning stove. From the lounge, patio doors open out onto the small terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the views – ideal over a cup of morning coffee. On the other end of the open living space is a dining table with room for five and a farmhouse style kitchen with essentials including a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. In the garden, enjoy a fantastic outlook over the open fields and valley. Lovely and quiet, the garden features another seating area with table and chairs, where you can sit and unwind, enjoying the afternoon and evening sun as well as a grassed area and a beautiful cottage garden flower bed, complete with herbs. Venturing just a mile away, you will reach the stunning coast of Mothecombe Beach, as well as coastal paths ideal for days out walking. Traveling a little further afield brings you to the interesting villages of Newton Ferrers and Modbury, or vibrant towns of Kingsbridge or Totnes and the amenities of Plymouth, where its quality restaurants and maritime history awaits you.
