    Situated in an elevated position, overlooking countryside and the River Severn, in the forest of Dean village of Littledean, is Moors Farm. this large, family-friendly property offers spacious accommodation for 10 and is ideal for a family get together to explore the wonderful Forest of Dean and nearby Wye Valley AONB on foot or bicycle, with many excellent trails close by. The property has two sitting rooms with gas fires and ample seating, so you can choose where to cosy up with a good book or your favourite TV show, while one of the rooms has a stunning fireplace and original beams, giving it added character. There are two dining rooms, so you have a choice as to where to enjoy family meals, lovingly prepared in the large kitchen, with quarry-tiled floor and a newly fitted Range gas cooker, as well as plenty of worktop space to prepare ingredients and a utility room with additional storage and a washing machine should you require it. Downstairs is a lower-ground-floor play room/sitting room divided into two parts; at one end is a TV with a selection of games and DVDs as well as a pool table, ideal for keeping children entertained, and at the other end is additional seating next to a charming water feature, where you can enjoy a quiet moment, looking out onto the wonderful garden. Head out of the patio doors into the rear, enclosed garden, which has a large lawn and a patio with seating and your own private hot tub, where you can admire the far-reaching countryside and river views, while up a set of steps to the ground floor level brings you to an additional patio area with another seating area,w here you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining. Back inside the property, head up to the first floor to find five bedrooms; a large master king-size double bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite shower room, along with two double bedrooms, a twin room and a single with pull out bed, all with plenty of storage for your belongings and offering lovely views. There are two bathrooms to choose from, one has a shower over bath and one is a walk-in shower, as well as a ground-floor cloakroom for added convenience and to prevent any queues in the mornings. Stepping outside takes you to a public footpath taking to plenty of walking opportunities without needing to use the car. Littledean is a short walk away, offering two pubs and a shop, as well as many stunning ancient buildings to admire. Close by, the picturesque village of Newham-on-Severn offers a wider selection of shops and pubs, as well as lovely walks along the Severn. Explore your fantastic surrounding by venturing into the Forest of Dean, the largest oak forest in England, and enjoy an abundance of outdoor activities; walk the Forest of Dean Sculpture Trail, a tranquil art trail inspired by nature, visit Clearwell Caves underground museum that depicts miner’s former working conditions, head to Puzzlewood for family-friendly fun and woodland trails and enjoy a challenging tree top adventure at Go Ape, as well as many opportunities for walking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing, and more.
