Morannedd is turning green! After a solar thermal system has been providing hot water for several years, we are installing a solar power system with a large battery in April 2023 to harness the power of the sun. In this way, we want to contribute to making our lives more nature-friendly and sustainable Morannedd is working without any fossil fuels! We will continue to implement more “green” measures in the future! Morannedd is a well-presented, detached property resting within the quaint village of Newborough with breath-taking views of the Snowdonia National Park. After a busy day exploring the countryside, look forward to unwinding within the sitting room where you will find an additional woodburning stove and a Smart TV for catching up on your favourite programs. From here, you will find an additional snug room which the younger guests of the group can gather to watch a film or enjoy the selection of games. During the summer months, make the most of the idyllic conservatory where you can catch the last glimpses of sunshine during the evening or enjoy your morning coffee whilst your canine companion stretches his legs on the spacious lawn. As the evening draws to a close, you and your loved ones will be spoilt for choice by the sleeping arrangement that awaits you. Here, you will find a ground-floor king-size bedroom, a king-size bedroom and a bunk bedroom and a twin bedroom which are ideal if you are bringing younger guests along. For picking up the essentials, a leisurely stroll will bring you to the local shop as well as a welcoming pub for those special occasions.
