Nanvivian is a semi-detached traditional cottage with lovely sea views situated almost on Loe Beach. It is on a working farm, just a ten minute stroll from Feock village. Wonderful for a carefree family holiday, or a quiet getaway for couples. There is a comfy living room with an open fire and this room leads to a large conservatory for dining, relaxing and contemplating the great sea views. On the other side of the hall, a dining room with a wood-burning stove and at the back of the cottage, a neat kitchen with a cosy Rayburn and a ground floor family bathroom. Head up the stairs to three bedrooms: a double and a zip-linkable twin, both with wonderful sea views, and another zip-linkable twin, plus shower-room. Private garden and patio with garden furniture for those al fresco meals. A cosy, get-away-from-it-all cottage in an idyllic spot overlooking the Fal Estuary and out to sea. Good beach café, boat hire and excellent sailing and windsurfing school on the beach, with launching facilities and sheltered sailing waters (parking for boats behind beach). Friendly, welcoming owners (chocolate cake provided).
