Nestled in the spectacular Welsh countryside, the village of Penybont is famed for its popular garden centre Midway Plants and Nurseries. Just opposite the cottage is The Severn Arms, an 18th century coaching inn, while further ahead in the village is the Thomas Shop, museum and gallery, all well worth a visit. New Peny is ideally placed for exploring the area, the stunning Cambrian Mountains and the Elan Valley with its Victorain dams and wildlife rich countryside.
