Basket of Logs and firelighter starter pack for woodburning stove provided free of charge. Please place any ash from logburner when clearing in brass bucket under the table to the left of the fire. (Only when completely cold and out) Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (Cot bedding, cot duvet and pillow available on request). Highchair and travel cot available. Limited parking available (please see note below). Shared enclosed rear yard with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.5 miles. Note: Unrestricted overnight parking on Queen St from 6pm to 8am with room to unload in front of the house during daytime hours when parking is short-stay only and unrestricted daytime parking on Sundays. The nearest long stay overnight car park is at St Michael’s Church, SY23 2AU although this is quite small and fills up. This seaside retreat also welcomes two well-behaved pets, making it an ideal haven for couples seeking or a small group seeking a coastal escape with their loved ones and canine companions. Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by an inviting living/dining room with wooden beams and traditional latch doors to give a homely feel, where you can unwind on the plush seating and enjoy a meal at the dining table after a day of exploring the local area. There is a selection of board games in the drawers of the desk in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare delightful meals during your stay. Outside, you will find a shared enclosed rear yard, complete with furniture. (This is a shared yard with the cottage next door and we politely ask that you show courtesy) This is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, while soaking up the tranquil surroundings. When you’re ready to retire for the evening, make your way to the double bedroom, a serene space where you can rest and recharge for the next day’s adventures. You can also take advantage of the sofa bed in the living room for additional flexible sleeping arrangements. The property also benefits from a lovely cottage bathroom, which includes a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin and WC, providing a refreshing space to prepare for your day. Venture out from your charming town centre seaside retreat to explore the seaside town of Aberystwyth. Begin your day with a ride on the historic Cliff Railway, enjoying the enchanting views of Cardigan Bay from the summit of Constitution Hill. Historians can revel in the impressive ruins of Aberystwyth Castle on the seafront, offering a glimpse into the town’s past. Step back in time to the Victorian and Edwardian era, meanwhile on a journey with the Vale of Rheidol Steam Railway to the stunning Devil’s Bridge Waterfalls.
