Note: Guests have access to two well-stocked fishing lakes, an outdoor heated swimming pool, an adventure playground, crazy golf course, a launderette, a mini mart shop, and a nature trail. Note: The swimming pool sessions need to be booked from reception and spaces are limited; the outdoor pool is open between 10 am – 4 pm from 28th April until 17th September (weather dependent). Note: Rod licence required for fishing. Please note: This property only accepts Saturday to Saturday booking during July and August.

Park up off-road and ascend the external steps to reach your private veranda. Head indoors to be met by a stylish open-plan living space, with plenty of plush seating to sink into, an electric fire, dining space for four guests, and a well-equipped kitchen. Set the patio table and dine upon the veranda if the weather allows, basking in your surroundings, whilst the wine is poured and conversations flow. Complete your nightly routine in the bathroom or en-suite shower room, linked to the master double bedroom, before catching some rest from one of two rooms on offer. Awaken to take advantage of the on-site facilities, with a game of crazy golf, a day of fishing or a dip in the pool, before exploring the beautiful Cornish coastline, with Crantock Beach, Polly Joke and Holywell Bay nearby. A local convenience store is also in the vicinity to stock up on the essentials, or why not dine out by visiting either the Bowgie Inn, the Old Albion Inn or C-Bay Bar & Bistro? Head into Newquay for a wealth of amenities and attractions, including Newquay Zoo, the Blue Reef Aquarium, the sweeping, golden sands of Fistral Beach and Trenance Gardens, whilst Perranporth, St Agnes and Portreath rest south, all worth visiting. Retreat to the coastline at No 4 Fistral.
