Enjoy Peasholm Park with its open-air theatre or stroll along the promenade from North Bay to South Bay, with sweeping sea views and the majestic castle ruins perched on the high cliffs above. The heritage coastline is dotted with pretty fishing villages to explore, including nearby Robin Hood’s Bay with its quaint cobbled streets and rock pools teaming with sea life, whilst inland are numerous activities, such as the steam railway at Pickering and Dalby Forest Go Ape centre.
