Accessed via a small entrance porch with hooks for coats, you will find that all the accommodation is accessible from here.

A gorgeous room with lots of character. Comfy, easy seating around the wood burner and windows showcasing the lovely views.
The small but perfectly formed kitchen has a dining table and chairs for two. Kitchen appliances comprise a single oven with grill, four-ring ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and microwave.
A communal washing machine and separate tumble dryer (free to use) are also provided, plus additional freezer space if required.
Three tiled steps lead down to a further exterior door, which in turn leads out into the private patio area belonging to Nuthatch.
Bedroom
Good-sized bedroom with a king-size bed. Carpeted floor with ample hanging and drawer space provided.

Bath with overhead electric shower. Wash basin, WC and electric towel rail. Tiled flooring.

Cardinham Woods is a wonderful place to visit to enjoy peaceful strolls, bike rides, runs and horserides along marked trails through beautiful mixed woodland and countryside. Along the way you will discover stunning views and local wildlife along with the remnants of a former lead mine and an ancient clapper bridge. After a day out exploring the woods you can refuel at the pretty Woods Café serving a range of snacks and drinks.
There is guaranteed, private parking for one car. Parking for a second car is possible, please contact the office. Parking for Nuthatch is to the side of the property on a gravel surface.
On site there are two electric vehicle charging points – both are untethered – both are pay as you go!
