    Enjoying an elevated position over the bay, at Godrevy View Apartments, in Carbis Bay, this one bedroom, first floor apartment, enjoys sea views from its living area, with the South West Coast Path, St Ives scenic railway and beaches all within a short walk.
    Sleeping two, it’s idyllic for a couple’s romantic escape to the Cornish coast.
    The kitchen, dining and sitting area are all within a spacious open plan living area, benefiting from far-reaching stunning sea views from the glazed French doors and small window, which with the Velux windows floods the whole space with natural light, making it bright and airy, throw open the French doors, with Juliette balcony, and breathe in the healthy sea air, cosy up on the corner sofa, set the ambient lighting and enjoy the entertainment on the large television with a Sky package, including cinema and Netflix, or listen to your music on the Denon music system with airplay, which links your devices throughout the apartment.
    The kitchen/diner is within the open plan living area, ideal for socialising with the chef. a glass dining table with four white leather chairs, offer a lovely setting for a romantic meal for two, the contemporary kitchen with base level units and spacious granite work surfaces, is well-appointed with everything you need for your holiday, a washer/dryer is housed in the utility cupboard off the hallway.
    The master King-sized bedroom is light and airy, with a large bay window letting in natural light and ceiling spotlights to let you set the ambience to suit, it’s well presented with a sumptuously dressed bed and plenty of storage space.
    A family bathroom with bath and shower over, is conveniently located next to the bedroom, it has ceiling speakers so you can enjoy a long relaxing soak listening to your favourite tunes.
    A short walk leads you to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, it’s also convenient for local busses to St Ives and the scenic railway which covers the surrounding area, running beside the beaches with stunning sea views, and connects to the main line for the rest of Cornwall, an alternative way to explore is by the nearby South West coast path, this cliffside walk heads to Hayle or Carbis Bay and St Ives, Carbis Bay is a stunning secluded beach with crystal clear, blue flag awarded waters and golden sandy shores, it has a seasonal lifeguard service, so a great place to try surfing or for a swim.
    St Ives is simply stunning, the pretty Cornish fishing village is surrounded by white sandy beaches and set around a pretty arc shaped harbour, a foodies favourite with a variety of cafes and restaurants to dine out, some like the Michelin Plate, Porthminster Beach Café, set right on the beach, the town’s cobbled streets are filled with boutiques and galleries full of local art, St Ives has inspired many artist and the most famous are celebrated at the Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden.
    For a romantic night out, enjoy an evening of theatre on the edge of a Cornish cliff with the Atlantic Ocean as your backdrop, the Minack open air theatre, is near Lands End, or watch the sun set over St Michaels Mount, this majestic castle is set on its own island near Penzance, and you can walk out to explore it at low tide, Cornwall’s inspirational landscape of historic tin mines, quaint harbours and hidden coves as seen in Poldark, Doc Martin and Fisherman’s Friends to name a few, is waiting to be discovered, don’t forget your camera, for a little excitement how about walking above the tree tops of a rain forest, via a canopy walkway at the Eden Project near, St Austell.
