The kitchen is well equipped (including 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, integrated appliances and large dining table and separate utility area) with French doors that lead onto a private, South-West facing roof terrace. The light and spacious lounge enjoys many luxuries (including a Bang & Olufsen flat screen TV with smart features and Freeview) with French door access to the roof terrace. Sleeping up to six guests, the master bedroom has a King-size bed and deluxe en suite, the second bedroom has two full-size single beds, and the third bedroom is a bunk room. There is also a separate family bathroom. In addition to the roof terrace, guests also have use of the 1.5 acres of communal gardens, with picnic tables, benches and barbeque area.
