The cottage is based in a quiet residential road, making it a safe haven for families with children. Whilst tucked away, the cottage is less than a ten minute walk from the centre of the village where you will find two pubs, a local store and other attractions. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Crantock’s large, sandy beach meaning you are never too far from the sea or the water’s edge – ideal for surfers! Offshore is semi detached and is a deceptively large cottage with a bright, beachy-surfer feel to it. Each bedroom has an assigned colour theme with a modern, feel-good energy created by the natural light pouring through the many windows. As a relatively newly built cottage, its spacious layout makes for easy, safe, fun living; and with the added bonus of a fully enclosed garden, children are free to explore leaving the parents to kick back and relax!
