    More Information

This beautiful single-storey cottage is situated right on the famous Elizabethan harbour, overlooking the river, in the picturesque village of Boscastle. This delightful cottage is in a spectacular ravine location, one of the most idyllic in the county, offering direct access to the famous South West Coastal Path, and a perfect base for families and friends who wish to tour the dramatic north coast of Cornwall. Parking in your private space right next to the cottage, you enter into the porch leading you into the comfy sitting room. There are two bedrooms here, both with fine river views, a double with en-suite facilities and a twin bedroom. The kitchen, with dining area and bathroom, complete the accommodation. Outside the cottage is a patio area, a perfect spot to watch the world go by and relax. When it comes to an evening out, just a short stroll from the cottage will take you to the centre of the village. Here you will find a choice of excellent pubs and restaurants, including the famous Cobweb Inn which, even in the winter with its two open fires, is a most welcoming Cornish pub, with a good local reputation for excellent food, and a fine choice of locally-brewed ales. Venture south to Tintagel to spend the day touring Glebe Cliff, Merlin’s Cave and Tintagel Castle, before embarking on the National Trust Bagalow hike. Camelford isn’t far and is home to the North Cornwall Museum & Gallery, along with the Davidstow Airfield and Cornwall at War Museum for those aviation fans. Port Isaac, Crackington Haven and Bude are just moments away and also make for great days out by the coast. A beautifully-furnished cottage in a truly stunning location and perfect for all year round holidays and short breaks.
