Then head out on foot to enjoy a walk to the spectacular waterfalls of Stock Ghyll Force. A trip in spring will reveal a carpet of daffodils on its banks. Explore further onto the nearby fells of Wansfell, Todd Cragg or Loughrigg. If you are a gardening enthusi-ast, why not walk to Stagshaw Gardens and from there amble up Jenkins Crag to admire the lovely lake views.
