Very well-furnished throughout, this cottage provides an ideal base for a romantic break with an abundance of activities close by. Set predominantly over the ground floor with a vaulted beamed ceiling, this charming cottage has an open plan living area comprising of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a warming woodburning stove, ideal for those chilly evenings. There is access to the rear garden from the living area, and completing the ground floor is a lovely double bedroom which has a wet room next door. On the first floor there is a small mezzanine area overlooking the living area, complete with sofa bed and a restricted height doorway to a bathroom. Doors from the living area lead out onto the side and rear gardens with a patio area, furniture and BBQ and a small lawn with a luxurious hot tub, ideal for relaxing at the end of a day exploring the area. The thriving village of Napton-on-the-Hill has a selection of good pubs, an excellent store selling local produce, a Post Office and a marina with narrow boat hire. Explore the small market town of Southam with all its amenities and transport links which connect the town with Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon and nearby villages. A welcoming cottage for a romantic break at any time of the year.
