More information

This much-loved stone cottage family home in the sought-after village of Rhoscolyn offers the best of both worlds.

You can enjoy the feeling of seclusion surrounded by 360 degree views of the coast and mountains and walk, swim or paddle from the holiday house to quiet coves, arches and caves. Yet you are only a short drive to the popular seaside villages of Trearddur Bay (or walk along the coastal path) and Rhosneigr.

The beautiful beaches at Rhoscolyn and popular gastro pub are a dramatic walk around the headland along the coastal path. You’ll see both the black and white arches in their full splendour, as well as passing a blow hole, an ancient holy well, unusual and colourful rock formations and beaches, and if you’re lucky you’ll also see some seals. Not to mention the spectacular views across the beautiful island of Anglesey and over to Snowdonia, views which can also be enjoyed whilst relaxing on the balcony
overlooking the sea.

The location of this home is superb. The modern kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The large sitting room has huge double aspect windows to make the most of the magnificent views, and comfy sofas set around a log burner and TV. There is also a second sitting room/snug with a sofa and TV.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and bathroom. A staircase leads from the snug to a double bedroom and additional small bedroom with a single bed and a gallery bed above.

The staircase from the main hall leads to a twin bedroom with its own balcony and seating area overlooking the coast, perfectly situated for watching the sun set over the ocean and enjoying the amazing views. The spacious master bedroom has fabulous double-aspect views, with a superking size bed and ensuite. There is also a spacious family bathroom.

A lovely and substantial garden provides direct access to the coastal footpath and parking for up to 6 cars. To make your stay more memorable, you can hire a hot tub to help you unwind, relax and enjoy the sunset during your stay (at additional cost).
