This pretty detached country-style cottage is set in remote woodland with roaming deer, rabbits and wildlife. The land adjoins three farms, two of which sells organic produce. Just a half an hour walk or three minute drive to the local pub, a short drive to RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich, Southwold and Aldeburgh, this is a great option for keen walkers, bird watchers and those looking to enjoy visiting the Heritage Coast villages and towns. The cottage features original beams and benefits from spacious rooms beautifully furnished with bright, modern furnishings offering a comfortable and relaxing setting. The sitting room has plenty of seating, a wood burning stove, television with DVD player, and a small table and chairs. There is a breakfast room with a dining table and chairs. There’s a second sitting room with further seating and another television. A contemporary style kitchen comes complete with all you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. There are two bedrooms to the first floor; a king and a double, along with a family bathroom and separate shower room. The large lawned garden with table and chairs allows you to enjoy the abundance of wildlife and tranquillity in the warmer weather. Children will adore the garden tree house!
