With a private driveway on offer, unload with ease before taking a moment to appreciate your tranquil surroundings, nestled near the Llŷn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Head through the stone-fronted exterior of the home to reach the open-plan living space, designed as the social hub, where you can rustle up delicious dishes, dine over a bottle of wine, and unwind with the woodburning stove alight. A handy utility and a sleek bathroom rest on the ground floor, providing plenty of space to store your walking gear and refresh after a day of exploration. Three bedrooms await upstairs, a lovely king-size with en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms, the latter serviced by a nearby shower room. The property sits in 10 acres of its own land, this is ideal for dogs and their owners to have a run around. Included in our land is Foel Fawr hill, home of the National Trust monument, locally named “pot jam”. Travel to the beachside village of Llanbedrog, a beautiful spot with long sandy beaches, ideal for a spot of sunbathing, rock pooling and flying kites. Head to Abersoch, a popular hotspot for water sports fanatics, for an invigorating day of sailing, kayaking, and surfing, or take a leisurely stroll along the harbour and enjoy the abundance of local eateries, bars, and cafés that it has to offer. Finally, take the journey to Pwllheli, the market town of the Llyn Peninsula, where you can explore the golden beaches, shop for local produce, or visit the golf course, before settling near the bustling harbour for an evening tipple.
