Also a short drive away is the bustling market town of Alnwick where you can stop off to explore the medieval Alnwick Castle and its landscaped gardens. The village of Alnmouth gives access to its delightful beach where you can look forward to an afternoon on the golden sands or enjoying a relaxing swim in the shallow waters.
