Bed linen and towels inc. in the rent. Ample off road parking. Outside, at the rear of property, there is a small secluded patio area with BBQ, chiminea and seating area for use in the warmer months. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub next door. Note: Limited headroom in mezzanine area, accessed by very narrow staircase, care to be taken.
