The Maenporth Estate is a unique development of individually owned holiday homes in 29 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland on the South Cornwall coast. Everything you need for a perfect holiday is close at hand. Maenporth Beach, a pretty, secluded cove with a sandy beach, flanked by green hills is a short walk down the hill, passing by The Cove – a smart bistro restaurant and cafe with a Mediterranean style terrace. The facilities here are excellent, Maenporth leisure complex is for the exclusive use of residents and has a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and sun terrace with BBQ. A pool table and table tennis can be found in the lofty games hall. Also on-site is an all-weather tennis court and a family sports facility including two pickleball courts and a basketball net. There are four dedicated electric vehicle charging points situated near the leisure centre. The gardens, leisure facilities and play areas are all beautifully presented and maintained to a very high standard. Tasteful and elegant Pine Cottage sits between the indoor leisure centre and the tennis court.
