Culbokie 5 miles. This lovely, detached, chalet-style lodge is situated beside the peaceful haven of the Millbuie Forest on the Wester Brae Highland Lodge site, close to the village of Culbokie, Ross and Cromarty, Highland. With widespread views across the Black Isle to the Cromarty Firth, Ben Wyvis and the mountains beyond, this attractive lodge is ideal for a couple, a family group or group of friends who want to explore this beautiful area and soak up the peace and tranquillity that it has to offer. Presented to a high standard, there are two well-proportioned bedrooms, a double and a twin. However, the Black Isle boasts many pretty seaside villages and a walk along the beach in nearby Rosemarkie will almost guarantee sightings of the famous Moray Firth dolphins as they leap by! Perhaps visit nearby Cromarty, an 18th century fishing port and renowned for being the best preserved village in the Highlands. From here you can take a high-speed boat to see the dolphins and other wildlife at close quarter but remember to book first!
