A lovely one bedroom, stone-built modern cottage with fantastic walks from the doorstep and great views, conveniently located between Bakewell and Matlock on the outskirts of the village of Rowsley. Next to the owner’s home, this spacious detached property is ideal for couples looking for a romantic retreat. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with large dining table, a utility room and a cloakroom. Step down a few steps into the very roomy and tastefully furnished sitting room. There are fantastic walks straight from the door and there’s a paddock for exercising your canine friend if they’re not already worn out from a good day’s walk. With something always going on in nearby Chatsworth, Bakewell, Matlock and Matlock Bath, this is a great base for exploring everything this beautiful part of the world has to offer.
