Sunflower Lodge sleeps six people in luxury in a very, very quiet area of the park

With Stunning sea views, central heating, wraparound non-slip decking with patio furniture, free wifi and a designated private parking bay

With direct beach access from Cormorant you couldn’t be any closer to the beach

Our caravan is fully furnished with all the homely necessities you need in very comfortable and quiet surroundings

It is loving maintained and cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards

The caravan comprises:

3 bedrooms

Double master bedroom with en suite toilet and sink

Large wardrobe for storage of suitcases etc

Two twin bedrooms with separate shower room and toilet opposite

A 40in flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player in the main lounge

A 22in flat screen TV with DVD player in the master bedroom

Large comfy sofa in the lounge

Electric fire in the lounge

Free wifi

Portable Bluetooth speaker in the lounge and master bedroom

A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cutlery, plates, cups and glasses

Gas cooker and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer

Slow cooker
Air fryer
Toastie maker

A huge selection of DVD’s, board games, cards, dominoes, jigsaws, puzzles and books will keep everyone entertained

For your convenience a hairdryer is located in the master bedroom

A high chair, travel cot, changing mat and bottle warmer along with children’s cutlery, bowls, plates and beakers are provided for the little one’s

All bedding is provided and made up for guest arrival but bedding is needed for the travel cot if required

Hand towels are provided in both toilets but please bring your own bath towels

An Ironing board and iron and all associated cleaning equipment such as a hoover is provided

A shoe rack and a cupboard for drying wet coats is available along with a clothes dryer and umbrellas are also provided

A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are provided along with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, 1st aid kits, bed guards, and safety socket covers for guest safety

The wraparound decking has safety glass and a non-slip surface, and the gate locks with a key for added peace of mind

For your first night’s stay, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are provided

It is a short walk directly to the beach from Cormorant 4 and a short walk to all park facilities

The Cormorant development even has its own duck pond for the kids to feed the ducks directly across from our caravan!!

Bring plenty of bread as the ducks love to be fed!!

Gas, electricity and water are included in the price of the booking

We operate an easy pay scheme to allow you to pay instalments towards the cost of your holiday. Please ask for full details – a lot of our guests find this a useful option

Any prices quoted do not include passes – These can be easily purchased from reception separately.
