A walk across Bincleaves Green along the cliff tops to the Nothe Gardens, then around to the harbour makes for an unforgettable experience. The first floor balcony of the lodge have views that span across from Weymouth Bay and over Weymouth itself where you can see the famous ‘White Horse’ and ‘Hardy’s Monument’ in the far distance.
The main sandy beach in Weymouth town centre is within a short walking distance, however the less well known but in some ways more attractive beach at Sandsfoot, with its Robinson Crusoe appeal is perhaps the nearest one being roughly an eight minutes’ walk away. A short cut through down the footpath directly opposite the property brings you to within a two-minute walk of Hope Square. Here you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, tea rooms and pubs. Heading through the square you will reach the pretty Old Harbour.
