The two popular seaside spots of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth are not far away and are both worth at least a day’s exploring. If a dose of luscious countryside is what you’re after, the beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by, with the attractive city of Norwich slightly further afield yet worth the trip.
