When you’re not wandering on foot, jump in the car to explore some of the charming attractions in the area; Denbigh is home to a selection of pubs and restaurants and the ruins of Denbigh Castle, making for a lovely afternoon out in a characterful town. Ideally situated within reach of the Snowdonia National Park, a wealth of outdoor activities can be found, including kayaking, hiking and climbing, amongst picture-perfect scenery. If you prefer a day at the seaside, the coast is a scenic drive away, with ths traditional seaside town of Rhyl on offer, or for a more peaceful day at the seaside, the sandy beach at Talacre.
