A visit to the neighbouring town of Penzance will provide plenty of activities or take a drive to Marazion for a stretch of golden beach. St Michaels Mount with its 12th Century fortress is within easy driving distance where you have the chance to walk across the causeway at low tide or hop on a ferry.
