Beyond the doors, you’ll find a spacious kitchen and dining area, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group. The dining space invites lively conversation over good food, making it the perfect setting to plan your adventures for the days ahead. Just next door, the sitting room offers a welcoming spot to unwind, complete with a Smart TV for film nights or lazy afternoons. If you’re after a quieter escape, settle into the snug, where the glow of the woodburning stove sets the scene for a peaceful read. When the weather is on your side, make the most of the front patio – furnished with outdoor seating, it’s an ideal setting for a leisurely morning coffee or a well-earned evening drink, all while soaking up the serene surroundings. The sleeping quarters consist of three beautifully presented bedrooms, ensuring a flexible sleeping arrangement for all. The first is a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with an elegant en-suite. The second bedroom is also a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), whilst the third is a pleasant double. A lovely family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms and is a great place for a nice soak or steamy rinse. Additionally, to help prevent any morning rushes there is a ground-floor wet room with a shower! During your stay, the nearby teeming locale has a wealth of attractions to cater for every taste. Stroll towards Teignmouth Grand Pier for some traditional seaside fun; meander through the town and enjoy some delicious ice cream, or for family-friendly entertainment, the Teignmouth Play Park is ideal. For nature enthusiasts, Shaldon Wildlife Trust, home to a hodgepodge of rare and beautiful species is a must-see, along with the flourishing, vibrant realms of Shaldon Botanical Gardens; don’t forget RSPB Labrador Bay for some serene bird-watching. Take advantage of the local beach, or head up to Teignmouth Seafront for an invigorating stroll with a fresh sea breeze.
