Sandhaven Court is set in a leafy position on Sandbanks peninsula, famous for its Blue Flag beaches and the array of watersports. It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Also within walking distance are a choice of places to eat including Rick Steins Restaurant, Lazy Jacks pizzeria and Rock Water bar and kitchen, all offering a delightful array of choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A short car ride away you can explore the beautiful coastline with the seaside towns of Bournemouth, Poole and Swanage on the doorstep and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast.
No.12 is situated on the second floor (accessed via stairs) and is beautifully presented in calm, coastal decor. The apartment provides accommodation for up to four guests in two bedrooms, the master has an ensuite shower room and family bathroom serves the second bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar area. The open plan lounge and dining area benefits from a secluded balcony, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a cocktail after a long day on the beach.

The golden stretch of Sandbanks Beach runs the length of the peninsula and beyond, offering safe areas for swimming, barbecues and a beautiful spot to watch the sun rise and fall.

The National Trust owned Brownsea Island rests in the middle of Poole Harbour and is well worth an explore for its unique wildlife, heathland and lagoon.
