Dual aspect windows throw in plenty of light and overlook the pretty gardens, while the adjoining conservatory affords breathtaking views across rolling countryside to the sea. With multiple TV’s and a Bose speaker surround system, guests can’t fail to be delighted with this holiday home. The contemporary and sociable kitchen boasts granite flooring, neon skirting lights and a full range of equipment, ideal for preparing family meals. With a dining table for six, guests can sit and chat over coffee at breakfast, whilst planning the day’s activities. Entertaining is no problem here, with a formal dining room that seats 24 and 3 highchairs and an additional cosy sun room at the rear, where you can relax quietly with a book. Set over two floors, there are nine bedrooms, offering very flexible sleeping arrangements. Outside, the enclosed wrap around gardens provide a lovely safe environment for children and your four-legged friends to play! There is garden furniture on which to relax, the perfect way to enjoy a balmy summer’s evening. This charming cottage is located directly between the two halves of South Cliff golf course, and 50 yards away is a public footpath that leads down to the beach and coastal walks. The traditional seaside town of Scarborough offers a vast choice of activities, with its castle ruins, open air theatre, long sandy beaches and a choice of two contrasting bays, complete with brightly painted beach huts and donkey rides. The area has miles of scenic cycle routes and bracing clifftop walks, including the Cleveland Way long distance trail. Explore the quaint fishing villages, such as Robin Hood’s Bay and Flamborough Head, or spend a cultural day in historic York, visiting the Minster, the National Railway Museum and the Jorvik Viking Centre.
