If you would like to use all the facilities available on site, you will need to purchase your entertainment passes online once you have received your booking confirmation form. As of 2025 this is between £106 – £150 for a family of 4 depending on the length of stay.
EV charging facilities are available on site. It is not however permitted to charge EV’s from the caravan.
Charges apply in the event of breach of t’s & c’s
There are plently of facilities onsite including: Indoor and outdoor pools, sports zone, soft play, fun fair, gym, tenpin bowling, arcades, rock climbing walls, climbing nets, mini golf, 3 entertainment venues, club for children and lots of choices for eating out or takeaway.
With an Asda store nearby, there is also a local Co-op within walking distance of the park.
There are also plenty of places to eat and drink in Selsey
Chichester is a 10-15 minutes drive away.
Please note: Our holiday bookings are available for Fri-Fri (7 nights), Fri-Mon (3 nights) or Mon-Fri (4 nights). We do not offer single night stays.

Guest Cancellation Charge
More than 42 days before holiday start date: Deposit amount only
Between 29 and 42 days before holiday start date: Deposit amount only, but If the full balance has been settled then 50% of the total holiday price
Between 14 and 28 days before holiday start date: Deposit amount or if full balance has been settled, then 75% of holiday price
7 days or less before holiday start date: Deposit amount or if full balance has been settled, then 100% of holiday price
The security deposit will always be returned in the event of any cancellation
