There are plenty of facilities onsite including: Indoor and outdoor pools, sports zone, soft play, fun fair, gym, tenpin bowling, arcades, 3 entertainment venues, bunny club for children and lots of choices for eating out or takeaway.
With an ASDA store nearby, there is also a local Co-op within walking distance of the park. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink in Selsey.
Chichester is a 10-15 minutes drive away.

This caravan is located on West Sands close to the Fun Fair and not too far away from the Embassy club. If you would like to use all the facilities available on site, you will need to purchase your entertainment passes online once you have received your booking confirmation form.
As of 2023 this is between £106 – £150 depending on length of stay for a family of 4.

Guest Cancellation Charge – More than 42 days before holiday start date: Deposit amount only.
Between 29 and 42 day before holiday start date: Deposit amount only, but If the full balance has been settled then 50% of the total holiday price
Between 14 and 28 days before holiday start date: Deposit amount or if full balance has been settled, then 75% of holiday price
7 days or less before holiday start date: Deposit amount or if full balance has been settled, then 100% of holiday price
The security deposit will always be returned in the event of any cancellation
