Seaward is a bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment situated in the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis, Dorset. Formerly the station hotel, the property has recently been converted into luxurious apartments which have retained many features typical of the period, including high ceilings and stain glass windows. The apartment has its own courtyard seating area with table and chairs, located at the rear of the building and accessible from the car park, where you can sit back and relax, enjoying the coastal air.
The town centre of Lyme Regis is withing easy reach and a short walk will take you to the seafront, family-friendly beaches, and the famous Cobb harbour. The town centre boasts a good selection of independent shops and galleries, as well as a great choice of restaurants, pubs, and eateries, many specialising in local food, seafood, and beverages.
An area popular with walkers, the South West Coastal Footpath takes a route along the unspoilt Jurassic Coast, taking in pretty seaside villages such as Branscombe and Beer, with its limestone cliffs and pretty beach where you can watch the fishermen hauling their catches ashore.
Or head to neighbouring Charmouth, with its Heritage Coastal Centre on the beach the ideal place to learn about the area’s long association with fossil hunting, perhaps joining one of the fossil hunting trips to find your own ammonites along the shoreline.
