Sexton's Yard has a really lovely welcoming feel as soon as you step inside the front door. Managed by the owners who live close by, a stable door opens into the open-plan living area which has a beautiful exposed brick feature fireplace with multi-fuel stove. With comfortable seating and dining space for four people and a Smart television with WiFi and radio the room is great to snuggle up in with a glass of wine. The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with modern appliances and solid oak work surfaces and perfect if you want to cook. Upstairs you will find two stylish bedrooms both with double beds and a shower room. Outside there is a sunny fully-enclosed shingle courtyard garden with garden furniture so you can soak up the rays and dine alfresco or enjoy the homemade cake the owner bakes for you on arrival!
