Entrance hall leads to
Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is well appointed with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, large hob and microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a breakfast bar with seating. The dining table comfortably seats six. The lounge has a large corner sofa and smart TV. The picture window overlooks the tree canopy at the back of the block and there is a private balcony with bistro seating for four.

The beautiful, sandy beaches are just a short stroll away along with a variety of places to eat including Rick Steins restaurant and a variety of watersports. It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind or to explore the local area of this beautiful part of the south coast. The seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole are just a short drive away or for some rural countryside, head over on the chain ferry to Studland and the Isle of Purbeck.
No.5 is on the first floor (accessed via stairs or lift) and is spacious and well appointed. Boasting a wonderful open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area providing a lovely sociable space for the family to enjoy. There are three large bedrooms, two with ensuite shower rooms and a separate family bathroom. The private balcony has seating for four and is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a cocktail at the end of the day.
