The nearby village of Elterwater boasts a convenience store, perfect for picking up any essential items, as well as Elter Water lake, perfect for scenic strolls and picnics. Residing at the northern tip of Windermere, the charming town of Ambleside is just five miles away, and is the ideal tourist base for anyone visit the Lake District, with its proximity to the central lakes and Grasmere.
