Southcote is in an extremely convenient position for exploring the local area. The New Forest National Park and beaches of the south Coast are within an easy drive, with the ‘capital’ of the New Forest – Lyndhurst – just a 10-minute drive away. Other local attractions include the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Exbury Gardens and the New Forest Wildlife Park, plus Paulton’s Park featuring Peppa Pig World. Nearby Calshot Beach and Lepe Country Park are dog-friendly and offer views across The Solent towards the Isle of Wight, with seasonal sauna hire available.

The garden is fully enclosed, with a lower gravel and paved area, and a step to take you up to the decking with outdoor table, chairs and parasol, perfectly placed for al fresco meals and drinks. A small summer house is tucked away in the corner.
