A great base, ideal for keen walkers and cyclists who can make use of the secure bike storage. Just a short drive from the magnificent Lakes, the lovely old Dales villages of Hawes and Dent, Speight Cottage is the ideal jumping off point for those keen to explore the breathtaking scenery of the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. There are so many local places of interest to visit including Fairfield Mill, the picturesque village of Dent, Devils bridge and famous Ruskins view at nearby Kirkby Lonsdale.
